Yes, we offer an optional white-glove delivery and assembly service. Our expert technicians will deliver the bed to your room of choice, assemble the frame, install your TV, and remove all packaging materials.
Is the television included in the price of the bed?
Unless explicitly stated as a bundle deal, the television is sold separately. This allows you the flexibility to choose a screen that meets your specific brand and feature preferences.
How do I manage the cables for the TV and peripherals?
All our beds feature integrated cable management systems. Wires are routed through the internal framework to a central hub, ensuring a clean, cord-free look in your bedroom.
What is your return policy if the bed doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We highly recommend measuring your room and doorways before ordering, as large furniture returns may incur a restocking fee.
What kind of warranty comes with the mechanical lifting mechanism?
Every TV bed comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering the frame and the electronic lifting mechanism against any functional defects.
