We want you to be completely satisfied with your new TV bed, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please ensure all components and electronic parts are securely packed to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully disassemble the bed frame and pack all parts, including the TV lift mechanism and cables, into the original boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for completeness and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
